Program Overview

  • Duration: 24 months (2 years)
  • Location: IsDB Headquarters, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
  • Start Date: Expected August 2025
  • Employment Guarantee: Full-time position upon successful completion
  • Annual Intake: Approximately 15–25 young professionals

What You’ll Do

As a YPP participant, you’ll:

  • Engage in job rotations across IsDB’s headquarters and regional hubs.
  • Contribute to real-world development projects in areas such as climate change, Islamic finance, public health, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with experts and policymakers from IsDB’s 57 member countries.
  • Receive mentorship and coaching, preparing you for leadership roles within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the YPP 2025, applicants must:

  • Age: Be 32 years or younger by May 31, 2025.
  • Education: Hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, completed within the last four years.
  • Experience: Have up to five years of professional experience post-bachelor’s degree.
  • Citizenship: Priority is given to citizens of IsDB member countries; however, up to 25% of selected candidates may be from Muslim communities in non-member countries.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or French is advantageous.
  • Location: Willingness to reside in Jeddah and travel for assignments.
